A Decent Idea Out of Albany

In Saturday's Newsday, Assemblyman John McEneny voices an interesting idea: why not put legislators on a state pay grade and give them cost-of-living increases instead of playing political games with raises every couple of years? Seems a lot more efficient than creating a special commission to tackle the "problem."
