Reform A.M.

The New York Times reports that Spitzer and legislative leaders are still bartering over campaign finance reform, pay raises for legislators and judges, and congestion pricing.

The Times Herald-Record compares the end of the legislative session to the Sopranos finale.

The Democrat & Chronicle thinks legislators should stay in Albany until they handle pending issues like expanding the DNA database, capital confinement, campaign finance reform, and power plant siting.
