No Empty Seat Voting (This Time)

It's official, last night state Senator Dean Skelos was elected Majority Leader by a vote of 32 to 30. (Presumably all the seats were filled.) The 30 votes were for Malcolm Smith, who remained the Senate's Minority Leader.
